The Osmania General Hospital building is as old as the Charminar and High Court. Restoration of the Charminar and High Court have been carried out by experts while OGH has been left out.

A coalition will also look at rebuilding the historic sites of Palmyra damaged or destroyed by ISIS forces.

Video works inspired by Arab revolts premiere in London's Aga Khan Centre 2019-11-16
Posted November 16th, 2019 by librarian-hdLONDON - In her first solo British exhibition, “At the Corner of a Dream,” Egyptian activist Bahia Shehab voiced powerful messages on a variety of themes presented through five short videos reflecting on Arab revolts.
The videos showcased at London’s Aga Khan Centre are digital artworks produced this year. They follow on the poetry murals inspired by Palestinian poet Mahmoud Darwish that Shehab painted in Cairo, New York, Beirut and Marrakech, as well as the Greek island of Kefalonia.

The Minister of Health, Madame Marta Temido, government officials, diplomats, and leaders of the Aga Khan Development Network and the Ismaili Imamat were also in attendance.

Like a mythical phoenix rising from its ashes, the documentary “El Gusto” tells the story of an old Algerian orchestra reborn to a new life. The film, which was first released in 2012, was screened by the Atlanta Jewish Film Festival before a warmly appreciative audience at the Ismaili Jamatkhana, an Islamic religious center in Norcross.

CHITRAL: Federal Minister for Energy Omar Ayub Khan inaugurated the 306-kilowatt hydropower station in far-flung Gazen village of Yarkhoon valley here on Saturday.
The project was completed by Aga Khan Rural Support Programme, which would electrify 335 households of the five sparsely-populated villages.
