Since the Defendants are acting on a Farman to them made in 1992, and since this Farman also gives instructions and guidance to continue distributing Farmans, then there is nothing in Ismaili Faith nor in the Canadian Legal system that can force them to stop their actions except the Imam, by giving new instructions Himself.

On June 21st, the Defendants filed a motion for an order granting summary judgment dismissing the plaintiff's action. The Motion introduces new evidence of forgery and says: "The activities complained of are not infringing the rights of the Aga Khan, who it appears from the forged signatures, has not authorized this action." The motion will be argued 12-JUL-2010 to begin at 09:30, and an affidavit of reply is due from the plaintiff 10 days before this date.

BERKABAD - According to a TV report, H. H. the Aga Khan arrived at 2.30 French Time and left after the race. Horse came 4th and did not win the "Prix du Jockey Club". Aga Khan can be seen in a good and relaxed mood. Princess Zahra did not attend.

H. H. the Aga Khan is in talks to develop a major Islamic learning and cultural "hub" at the £2 billion King's Cross Central development in north London.

The shortlist of 19 nominees for the 2010 cycle of Aga Khan Award for Architecture was recently announced by the Master Jury. The final Award recipients will be announced at a ceremony to be held at the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha, Qatar in October 2010. The range from a textile factory in Turkey to a school built on a bridge in China.

A solution is in sight to expeditiously resolve this Copyright Lawsuit case to the satisfaction of the Aga Khan and of all parties.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper says Canada and the Ismaili community are bonded by shared values of tolerance, compassion, community service and, especially devotion to pluralism.

His comments are contained in a special message to the Arusha Ismaili reunion taking place in Toronto from July 30 to August 1 this year.

In the attached defenses, the defendants affirm to being devoted followers who will unconditionally abide by the wishes of the Aga Khan, whom they glorify in their defense. They also set out to establish that this lawsuit is not actually filed by the Aga Khan, but instead has been fraudulently initiated by someone close to him in his secretariat.
