SHAM SADAJI SACHO SHAM E SADAJI

Pir Sadardeen

The Lord forever, true, the Lord forever, forever, my Lord,

In all nine continents, in all three worlds, the Lord

forever. ...1

O my brother, He dwells within the body, that Lord of ours, that Lord of ours, my Lord.

Where do you look (for Him) outside? O my Lord. ...2

O my brother, those who are full of such faith are true,

O my Lord.

They have searched within the body, the ocean (the abode of jewels), O my Lord.

Note: The body is compared to the ocean. As by searching into

the depths of the waters of the ocean, we find precious gems and

jewels, so by searching within the body through prayers, we find

God - the most precious reward. ...3

O my brother, politeness and tolerance will give the shine of honour to him, O my Lord.

As within whose body the holy presence is felt. ...4

Without earnings, O my brothers, you will not attain salvation,

will not attain, O my Lord.

Ahead, the spiritual earning is weighed in scales. ...5

(It is like) to walk on the path as thin as hair, my Lord:

Just as it is difficult to walk on the very sharp edge of a sword, to be sure. ...6

There will come across, (on this difficult path of faith),

Pir Sadardeen himself, to take us across, O my Lord.

O my friend, the true tithers (dasondhi) will be able to get across. ...7

Says Pir Sadardeen, "O the Jamat of believers, O brave brothers,

you listen to me." O my Lord.

"Always night and day do the service of Hazir Imam." ...8

SHRI ISLAM SHAH AMNNE MALIYA

Pir Sadardeen

O believers! We have recognized Imam Islamshah, who bestowed on us with a kingdom of religion. He, the Imam was recognized in His very divine form and has fulfilled our desires....1

We have supplicated devotedly and (finally) recognized that very Lord. The tithe and sacrifice are amounted (being perfect) if one is gripped in love with the Lord. ...2

The Holy Ginan was composed by knowing the love (with the Lord) and also kept patience in the heart. The Holy Ginan of the Pir is understood if one becomes pure as water. ...3

The mind (easily) becomes pure (as water) if one has thorough love (for the Lord) beforehand. Kindness (thereafter) would leap out (within the heart) and you would earn salvation....4

Says Pir Sadardeen: You feel the presence of the Lord. The eternal grade is granted if one beheld the divine light within the heart....5

SHRI ISLAM SHAH AMNE MALYA

Pir Sadardeen

O soul! O momins!

We have Imam Islamshah;

Who gave us a spiritual kingdom;

And showed us a divine light.

And fulfilled our desires. ...1

While serving Him devotedly,

We recognized Him;

Only those who give dasond,

And sacrifice all with love,

Are the true momins. ...2

With love and patience in my heart,

I have composed these Ginans,

True knowledge of Hazir Imam

Can only be had if we keep our minds pure as water. ...3

The mind can only remain pure,

If you have love for Almighty Allah;

Kindness will spring in your heart,

And your soul will earn salvation,

Through our Lord Hazir Imam. ...4

Says Pir Sadardeen,

Feel the presence of Hazir Imam ever with you,

The eternal peace will only come,

If you behold the divine light within your heart.

SHRI ISLAM SHAH AMNE MALIYA

Pir Sadardeen

O momins! I have gained the recognition of Imam Islamshah,

Who has blessed me with the spiritual rule.

He gave me His recognition in a manner which

cannot be written in words.

And truly He has fulfilled all my desires by giving me

His recognition. (No doubt is left about His being the Supreme Being in my mind). ...1

I devotedly served my Lord

And He has blessed me with His complete recognition

Offering of dasond and self-sacrifice is only possible

For those who have sincere love for their Imam. ...2

It is with love for the Imam

And it is with patience in my heart

That I have composed this Ginan.

The true knowledge of Imam can only be had

If the hearts are made as pure as water. ...3

as pure as water.

SHRI ISLAM SHAH AMNE MALIYA

Pir Sadardeen

We have attained the presence of our auspicious Islamshah, and in return He revealed before us the mysteries of religion. He made known His infinite aspect before us and completed us with everything which was needed by us. ...1

We served our Lord in a state of humility and knew Him in His proper perspective. What is the identification of one who is attached with love of our Lord? Be informed that He is always regular in offering His religious dues and has submitted His whole self before the Creator. ...2

Having felt my love towards you, I have composed Ginans, with a good sense of understanding in my heart. However, the knowledge from the 'Guide of Truth' could only touch my heart if you would lead your life as pure as uncontaminated water. ...3

Purity and holiness could remain in that heart who has experienced divine love in the past. Then that grace of the 'Guide of the Truth' is revealed upon him, and through him the 'self' receives the immortal life. ...4

Pir Sadardeen proclaims: Realize the Lord everpresent before you. The only way to achieve the eternal status of the 'self' is to perceive the 'Divine Light' (the Noor) within the heart. ...5
