KALAPAT JALAPAT MAYA E MOHI

Pir Hasan Kabirdin

The fascinating world is illusory and like a mirage,

May my soul be saved from going to hell, O Lord!

All praise is due to You, O Allah!

All praise is due to You, O Beloved!

All praise is due to You, O Master!

Many are my faults, O Lord!

Forgive all the sins of this slave, O my Master! ...1

Even if you are not a swindler, you will gain nothing whatsoever (while you remain fascinated by the world),

Pir says that only the slave (of Allah) will earn the benefits.

All praise is due to You, O Allah! ...2

The servant (of Allah) who attains the essence (of the faith)

By following the true path,

His heart within Him becomes enlightened.

All praise is due to You, O Allah! ...3

Pir Sadardeen was always engrossed in the remembrance of Allah,

Pir Hasan Kabirdeen says, "I seek the protection of Allah

(from this fascinating world)".

All praise is due to You, O Allah! ...4

KALPAT JALPAT

Pir Hasan Kabirdin

As a result of his temptation with this mirage like illusionary world, lest the human soul should go to hell, O preventer:

Praise be to You, O Allah
Praise be to You, O Beloved
Praise be to You, O Master
O Lord, I am full of imperfection
Bestow your grace upon this slave
for all of his sins
...1

The one who is virtuous would not suffer from the 'Act of time'. Only those followers who acted upon the direction which the Pirs gave, could earn the fruits of their deeds. ...2

The heart of that follower is enlightened with the Divine Light who has gained truthfulness from the 'Eternal Truth'. ...3

Pir Sadardeen has the remembrance of 'God of Mankind', so says Pir Hasan Kabirdin who sought refuge to the Supreme Lord. ...4

QAYAM DAYAM TUN MORO SAMI

Pir Shams

O soul!

Thou art everpresent and everlasting, O my Lord!

But only a few live by Thy name. ...1

The true words must be understood.

O momins! Muhammad is the true prophet. ...2

O momins! Do not match wits with your Pir.

Live respectfully by the words of the Teacher

and do not undermine them. ...3

O momins! True believers will get salvation;

Whereas the inattentive ones will weep for

their failures. ...4

O momins! Even if one lives for a hundred years;

At the end one has to die. ...5

O momins! Says Pir Shams, 'The kind hearted',

very clearly that only that happens

which our Lord desires. ...6
