KALAPAT JALAPAT MAYA E MOHI

Pir Hasan Kabirdin

The fascinating world is illusory and like a mirage,

May my soul be saved from going to hell, O Lord!

All praise is due to You, O Allah!

All praise is due to You, O Beloved!

All praise is due to You, O Master!

Many are my faults, O Lord!

Forgive all the sins of this slave, O my Master! ...1

Even if you are not a swindler, you will gain nothing whatsoever (while you remain fascinated by the world),

Pir says that only the slave (of Allah) will earn the benefits.

All praise is due to You, O Allah! ...2

The servant (of Allah) who attains the essence (of the faith)

By following the true path,

His heart within Him becomes enlightened.

All praise is due to You, O Allah! ...3

Pir Sadardeen was always engrossed in the remembrance of Allah,

Pir Hasan Kabirdeen says, "I seek the protection of Allah

(from this fascinating world)".

All praise is due to You, O Allah! ...4

KALPAT JALPAT

Pir Hasan Kabirdin

As a result of his temptation with this mirage like illusionary world, lest the human soul should go to hell, O preventer:

Praise be to You, O Allah
Praise be to You, O Beloved
Praise be to You, O Master
O Lord, I am full of imperfection
Bestow your grace upon this slave
for all of his sins
...1

The one who is virtuous would not suffer from the 'Act of time'. Only those followers who acted upon the direction which the Pirs gave, could earn the fruits of their deeds. ...2

The heart of that follower is enlightened with the Divine Light who has gained truthfulness from the 'Eternal Truth'. ...3

Pir Sadardeen has the remembrance of 'God of Mankind', so says Pir Hasan Kabirdin who sought refuge to the Supreme Lord. ...4

KALPAT JALPAT MAYA E MOHI

Pir Sadardeen

Momins, this creation (earth and water) is alluring

and those who attach themselves to it find

themselves in hell ...1

O Lord, You are the one who is perfect

O Beloved, You are the one who is perfect

O Master, You are the one who is perfect

I am so imperfect and sinful that I beseech

You to forgive my sins and be kind to me

Momins, Just as the water that is impure is not useful

(so is the preaching by any other Guru).

So follow what Pir has to say if you want to

achieve advancement towards your spiritual goal ...2

Momins, Those who have understood the truth

Have indeed achieved enlightenment in their hearts ...3

Pir Sadardeen is constantly praying and Pir Hasan Kabirdeen

is at the Lord's feet

(asking for protection and forgiveness) ...4

O soul!

Thou art everpresent and everlasting, O my Lord!

But only a few live by Thy name. ...1

The true words must be understood.

O momins! Muhammad is the true prophet. ...2

O momins! Do not match wits with your Pir.

Live respectfully by the words of the Teacher

and do not undermine them. ...3

O momins! True believers will get salvation;

Whereas the inattentive ones will weep for

their failures. ...4

O momins! Even if one lives for a hundred years;

At the end one has to die. ...5

O momins! Says Pir Shams, 'The kind hearted',

very clearly that only that happens

QAYAM DAYAM TUN MORO SAMI

Pir Shams

O my Everliving and Eternal Master, there are very few

Who are bent towards You. ...1

O believer, take my true statement as reliable

that Hazrat Nabi Muhammad (s.a.s.) is indeed trustworthy.

(This remains his truthful statement at Gadir-e-Khum) ...2

O believer do not make your own judgement against the guidance of Pir, but respectfully and continuously follow the guidance which your spiritual authority gives. ...3

Those who set out to be virtuous attained their objective, but negligents were left behind shedding their tears

in repentance. ...4

O believer, one can live for a maximum of one hundred years in this world but the ultimate result of life will be death. ...5

Enlightened, vast hearted Pir Shams says that whatever the Creator desires happens. ...6
