In today's architectural world, new ideas and agendas often have a very short life. At the beginning some observers thought that at best, your architectural award program would last about six years. Instead, in two decades it has become and remained the most outstanding in the world, and continues to hold that leadership. What were the goals that led you to establish the Award?

The wedding at the prince's Aiglemont estate in the Oise department north of Paris was conducted by Dalil Boubakeur, rector

of the Paris mosque. The prince, 49th hereditary Imam of the Ismaili community was born in Geneva on December 13, 1936, son of Prince Aly Khan and Princess Joan Aly Khan.

The Aga Khan, spiritual leader of the world's Ismaili Muslim community, has married a German-born princess who converted to Islam.

In separate religious and civil ceremonies Saturday, the Aga Khan wed Gabriele zu Leiningen at his Aiglemont estate in this tiny town, 25 miles north of Paris near Chantilly, his office said in a statement. It was the second marriage for both.

The rector of the Mosque of Paris, Dalil Boubakeur, performed the religious ceremony, and the mayor of Gouvieux, Patrice Marchand, performed the civil marriage, a statement said.

French Court to Rule on Aga Khan Divorce, Lawyer SaysPARIS (Reuters) - A French court has ruled it can hear the divorce application made by top racehorse owner and breeder the Aga Khan, his office said Sunday. The Aga Khan, 66, a British citizen, is the spiritual leader of the Shia Ismaili Muslim community of about 20 million followers.
In a Dec. 23 decision, the court said it would also rule on any financial maintenance due during the divorce proceedings, the statement quoted the Aga Khan's French lawyer Laurent Chambaz as saying.

President Pervez Musharraf on Thursday held useful discussion with French Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin on all matters of international and regional importance. In a cordial and friendly manner, they discussed modalities of implementing the decisions taken on Wednesday during President Musharraf's prolonged meeting with his French counterpart, Jacques Chirac.
