Posted June 25th, 2009 by heritageLos ciento noventa tesoros procedentes de la colección del Aga Khan exhibidos en la exposición "Los mundos del Islám" abren la puerta al conocimiento de catorce siglos de historia de arte islámico, desde la Península Ibérica hasta el lejano Oriente.
La muestra, que inauguran hoy el Rey Juan Carlos y el Príncipe Aga Khan en las salas de exposiciones de CaixaFumun Madrid, pretende además de acercar al público objetos artísticos de gran belleza, la mayoría de ellos nunca exhibidos en España, subsanar el gran desconocimiento que existe con respecto al islám.
