Kabul - L'Afghanistan International Bank (AIB), une banque locale avec un actionnariat étranger et la banque pakistanaise Habib Bank, récemment rachetée par la Fondation Aga Khan, attendent que le gouvernement leur accorde une licence, ce qui devrait être une simple formalité, selon le gouverneur de la Banque centrale d'Afghanistan, Anwar-ul-Haq Ahady.
