(translator's words)

Your Majesty the Prince,

We are most happy to welcome you to Moscow. And first of all I had like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on the forthcoming anniversary. The 11th of July 2017 will mark 60th anniversary of your mission as the Spiritual Leader and Imam of the Muslim community of Ismailis Nizari.

You are our welcome guest and a very good friend. We highly value your assessments not only of the situation in Afghanistan but of the developments in the Third World.. And we highly value your wise and clever insights of a wise man.

And we see it quite well that you are moved forward not only by your desire to protect the interests of Ismailis but also to help solve the major issues of today's world that have flared up in today's community,

And that is the hope that our talks will be most productive and we are very glad to see you

Hazar Imam replied with the following remarks:

Thank you.

And I would like to thank you for My welcome in Moscow and for the activities which we have shared in the past which have been of concern to Russia and to the Ismaili community

And I consider this an important partnership in developing future opportunities for My community and others in Central Asia. We are looking at the joint construction of institutions in Central Asia and the partnership with Russia is critical to those steps.
