Double delight for Aga Khan Academy 2020-01-19
Posted January 19th, 2020 by librarian-hdHyderabad: Aga Khan Academy bagged a double by winning under-15 girls and under-18 boys titles in the 3rd edition of the School Football League at the Sreenidhi International School on Sunday.
A total of 60 teams participated in the tournament that was played on league basis. Close to 1200 boys and girls competed in the league. ISL team Hyderabad Football Club players Marcelinho, Kamaljit Singh, Adil Khan, Bobo, Matt Kilgallon and Marko Stankovic gave away the trophies to winners.

Posted May 28th, 2019 by librarian-hdHyderabad: The Aga Khan Academy Hyderabad celebrated its sixth Graduation Ceremony at its 100-acre campus near Shamshabad/RGI Airport on Saturday 25th May 2019. 74 students of the Class of 2019 concluded their International Baccalaureate journey at the Academy with a formal evening ceremony attended by fellow students, Academy senior management, faculty and staff as well as parents, extended families and invited guests. These students join a growing legacy of global young leaders, driven by the Academy’s unique curriculum and approach to education.

Aga Khan School Dhaka celebrates 30 years of education
Posted November 26th, 2018 by librarian-hdThe Aga Khan School Dhaka was established in 1988 with only 25 students and seven teachers, and was headed by a principal.
Today the student body has grown to over 1,200 students with 200 teachers and staff, the Aga Khan Education Service in Bangladesh said on Monday.
“The rich school life is balanced by the equally strong commitment to academic pursuits, built on a rigorous curriculum that challenges students to engage in new learning opportunities, from the IB-Primary Years Program in the Junior section to the CIE and IBDP curricula in the Senior section.”

Aga Khan Academy, a Gateway For Students to Top Global Universities 2015-06-18
Posted June 19th, 2015 by librarian-hdCoastweek-- The Aga Khan Academy, Mombasa, (AKA, Mombasa) which opened just 10 years ago as the first in a global network of academies, has emerged as a gateway for East African students to the world’s top universities, with two thirds of the class of 2015 having been accepted to leading global institutions.
Of the 2015 graduates, a third have been accepted by the world’s Top 100 universities, as ranked by the 2014 Shanghai ranking system.
