Hazar Imam delivered the closing remarks at the Seminar in Cairo. He said; ' we will create an enabling, rather than disabling environment and provide the platform for the growth we all desire.' Major world event occurred. Hazar Imam invited 450 personalities from the scientific and political world for a reflexion meeting on the non-proliferation of nuclear arms. The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan conferred the honorary fellowship of the College of Physicians and Surgeons to Mowlana Hazar Imam.
