LONDON, UK: Feb 01 (PNS) - Agha Khan University's Centre of English Language Karachi has won British Council commendation World Aware Business Award 2002 in recognition of its services for promoting English language in back areas of Gilgit, Chitral and Tajikistan. This reward was received by Sabahat Khan Tartari, senior member of the Agha Khan university and Associate Prof Muhammad Zafar of Centre of English Language from a senior official of the British Council. Sabahat and Prof Zafar are currently doing their post-graduation from WarWick university in the United Kingdom.
