Bishkek (KABAR). According to Kyrgyz National News Agency The meeting of President Askar Akayev and Prince Karim Aga-Khan was held in Bishkek, where condition and cooperation perspectives were discussed. During the meeting an agreement on cooperation in the sphere of development between Kyrgyzstan and Imam of Ismailit of Aga-Khan Fund was signed. After the signing ceremony President Akayev told journalists that this is the fundamental perspective in the sphere of development, provides for cooperation in economy, humanitarian and cultural spheres. The agreement also provides for cooperation in the sphere of education, care in early childhood in rural regions of the republic. Askar Akayev noted that 'this agreement is accordant with efforts of our government in implementation of Comprehensive Development Framework of Kyrgyzstan'. The President assured the Prince Karim Aga-Khan the Fthat the Kyrgyz parliament and government will support activity of the Aga-Khan Fund in Kyrgyzstan.
