Born in Zanzibar.Died 16th Sept. 1985 at the age of 72. First ismaili mayor in Eldoret,Kenya. Founder of Ismaili Boy Scouts Zanzibar. Member Kisumu Council and also an Alijah.

A village 19 miles from Ahmedabad.It is a centre of the Imam Shahis. The mouseleum of Sayyed Imam Shah and his sons Mohammad Shah* and Hajar Beg* are also at Pirana.

(14/15 Century) Pir Hassan Kabirdin's son. Buried at Multan. Is also revered by non ismailis. (Dhama dham mast Qalandar..)

Pir Alaudin's son. Named by Imam Zulfikar Ali. Died after a brief sickness duringthe time of Imam Nooruddin Ali.

(47AH-61AH.) Hazarat Hassan's son. Was born in Medina and and was sacrified as a martyr at Kerbala at the age of 14. See. Pir Jaffar.

In the 17th Jodilo of Pir Shams, Ramsang Raja is portrayed as being the king of Beth Nagar a place where Pir Shams along with his disciples Vimras and Surbhaan were denied permission to enter.

Mukhi of Kashmir. Was appointed by Pir Sadardin.

(10 Century) Chief librarian of Imam al Muizz's Library. He looked after 200 000 of rare manuscripts of the Library.

Pir Shams is also called Satgur Noor. (11th Jodilo). Both Pir Satgur Noor and Pir Shams were holders of the same Piratan. (they were in fact 2 different individuals at different time in history)

Also known asHaji Baba Qalandar, Shams Iraqi, Shams Chot, Shams Dariya, Shah Shams, Shams Sabzwari.

Travels: travelled to Afghanistan, Arabia, Bangldesh, China, Malaysia, India, Inran, Iraq, Kashmir, Russia, Turkey. Converted over half a million people.

Pir Shams arrived in Multan 240 years after Pir Satgur Noor. Pir Shams met Vimras and Surbhan in Multan. Jodilo 5 v. 1-2.

370AH/980-428AH/1037 Abu Ali Husseyn b. Abdullah ibn Sina. Famous Fatimide Ismaili philosopher and doctor. He was born in Asfahan (Boukhara), his mother's name was Sitara. His famous book, "Canon of Medicine" set the medical standars in Europe for 500 years. He also wrote the book: "The illuminative philosophy" See Nurum Mubin: pp. 187, 188, 194, 214. At age 17, he cured the Prince Samanide ibn Mansur.

550AH/1155-697AH/1210. A special emissary who, like a Dai, preached Ismailism in Syria. In reality he was Imam Ala Mohammed incognito according to Mustafa Ghaleb in "Ismailis of Syria" and the text ofA.Tamir "Sinan Rashidal-Din". Sinan proclaimed the Great Resurrection in Syria.He had friendly relations with Christians and Jews. He had to fight against Saladin.

(Died. 1025). Paternal aunt of Imam az-Zahirwho controled the Fatimide empire for 5 years during the Imam's young age. She crushed the revolt of Abdur Rahim.

(534AH-584AH.) Born in Sabzwar.Son of Pir Salamudin. Nominated to Piratan by Imam Ala Mohammed in 579 A.H.His piratan lasted 5 years. He is also known as Sayyed Noorbaksh.

Was a logger andstaunch diciple of Pir Shams. His brother was Vimras.ginaan. 125, 128.

2 nov 1877 - 11 July 1957, 48th Imam, 49th Pir. Son of Imam Ali Shah. Piratan continues with Hazar Imam Shah Karim (See. Last Will and Testament of Imam Sultan Mohammed Shah)
