The Aga Khan with his network of agencies is a great partner and a long-time friend of Canada and a great benefactor to humanity. He is truly a beacon of humanitarianism, of pluralism, and of tolerance throughout the entire world. Mr. Speaker I have informed the Aga Khan that our Government will be seeking the consent of the House to extend Honorary citizenship to His Highness and hope that all members will see fit to confer that.
