Our 16th Holy Imam Hakim was born in "Kahiriya Muizziya" in the night of Thursday 23rd of Rabbiul Awwal 375 A.H. His full name was Abu Aly Mansur Al-Hakim bi-Amrillah. He ascended to the Masnad of Imamat on 28th of Ramadan 386 A.H. at the age of 11 years.

Our 15th Holy Imam Aziz was born in Mehdiyya in 344 A.H. on the 14th day of Muharram which was a Thursday. His complete name was Abul Mansur Nizar Al-Azizbillah. He ascended to the Masnad of Imamat on Thursday 4th of Rabbiul Akhir in 365 A.H. at the age of 21 years.

Our 12th Holy Imam Shah Qaim was born in Salamiya, Syria in A.H. 280 during the month of Muharram. He ascended to the throne of Imamat on the 15th of Rabbiul Awal A.H. 322. He had 3 sons whose names were Hazrat Imam Shah Mansur, Hazrat Hamza and Hazrat Adnan. Imam Shah Qaim passed away in Mehdiya on 14th of Shawwal A.H 334 at the age of 55 years

Our 9th Holy Imam Taqi Muhammad ascended the throne of Imamat in Salamiya, Syria in A.H. 212. He was fondly known by the people as Muhammad al-Habib. At this time the Abbasid Caliph in Baghdad was Al-Mamun who searched extensively for the Imam but without success

Our 8th Holy Imam Wafi Ahmad ascended to the throne of Imamat in A.H. 197. He was also known as Jafar al Musdak. His mother's name was Fatima and she was the daughter of Sarah who was the sister of the Amir of Ray Ishaaq bin Abbas

Our 7th Holy Imam Muhammad bin Ismail ascended the throne of Imamat in A.H. 158 at the age of 26. He had one brother named Ali bin Ismail. Imam Muhammad bin Ismail spent his youth in Medina with his grandfather Imam Jafar as-Sadiq

Our 6th Holy Imam Shah Ismail reigned for 10 years from A.H. 148 to 158. He was also known as "Al Maktoum". His mother's name was Fatimah. She was also known as Husayni. During Imam Shah Ismail the Imamat moved from Arabia to Salamiya in Syria

Hazrat Shams Tabrizi the teacher of Rumi was also the same Pir Shams Subzwari of the Ismailis who traveled to many places such as China, Tibet, India etc to propogate the faith and the knowledge of the Holy Ismaili Imams

Diamond Jubilees on the throne of Imamat have been celebrated by 4 Imams to date in our history since Hazrat Ali. The 4 Imams are Imam Mustansir Billah, Imam Kassam Shah, our 46th Imam Hassan Ali Shah and our 48th Imam Sultan Muhammad Shah.

Our 48th Holy Imam Shah Sultan Muhammad Shah was the 4th Imam to celebrate Diamond Jubilee as Imam. He was on the Masnad of Imamat from 1885 A.D. to 1957 A.D. He was born in 1249 A.H on the 25th day of the month of Shawwal

Our 46th Holy Imam Aga Shah Hassan Aly Shah was the 3rd Imam to celebrate Diamond Jubilee as Imam. He was Imam from 1233 A.H. to 1298 A.H. He was the first Imam to have the title of Aga Khan and was also famously know as Muhammad Hussein al-Husseini "Mahelati"

Our 29th Holy Imam Kassam Shah was the 2nd Imam to celebrate Diamond Jubilee of Imamat. He was Imam for 61 years from 710 A.H. to 771 A.H. and lived in Azerbaijan

Our 18th Holy Imam Mustansir Billah was the first Imam to celebrate Diamond Jubilee on the throne of Imamat. He was just 7 years and a few months old at the time of ascension to the Masnad of Imamat in 427 A.H.

Our 17th Holy Imam Abdul Hasan Ali Al-Zahir li-Azaze dinillah was born in Cairo in 395 A.H. on Wednesday 10th of Ramadhan. He ascended to the throne of Imamat in 411 A.H. That day was "Idd-e-Kurbani"

Our 16th Holy Imam Abu Ali Mansur Al Hakim bi-Amrillah was born on Thursday 23rd Rabi'ul-Awwal 375 A.H. in "Kahira Mu'izziya". Imam Hakim ascended to the throne of Imamat on 28th Ramadhan 386 A.H. at the age of 11 years

Our 14th Holy Imam Mu'izz was born on the 11th of Ramadhan A.H. 319 in Mehdiyya in North Africa. His birth name was Abu Tamim Ma'ad. Imam Mu'izz ascended to the throne of Imamat on the new moon day of the month of Shawwal in A.H. 341 at the age 0f 23 and adopted the name Mu'izz le diniallah

Imam Jafar Sadiq was born on 17th Rabi-ul-Awwal in A.H. 83 in Medina Munawwrah. He was also called Abu Abdullah and Abu Ismail. His mother was known as Umme Farwa. She was the daughter Kassam bin Muhammad the grandson of Hazrat Abu Bakr

Imam Muhammad Baqir was born in A.H. 57 in Medina on Tuesday 3rd Safar. His mother was known as Umme Abdullah

Our 3rd Imam Zain-ul-Abedin was born on Thursday 5th of Shaban in Medina. His mother was 'Shahe Zanan' but she was also called Shaherbanu by Hazrat Ali
