Detailed Schedule of Programme(a) Thursday Dec 04, 2003 at 3.30 pm: Tree plantation for Name Facility donors only.
(b) Friday Dec 05, 2003: Dinner at Hotel Marriott (Pool side) at 8:30 pm (by invitation) in honour of visiting donors and their gussets who are attending the Convocation or any other donor events at Karachi. This is as per eligibility criteria applied for Convocation and/or donor events. The dinner is being hosted bythe AKU Resource Development Committee for Pakistan (Ismaili).
(c) Saturday Dec 06, 2003: Convocation at AKU from 10:00 am. The same afternoon the Khimji Building for cardiac services completed recently and the Women's Residences (Karimi, Noor and Arman Rupani Residences) will be inaugurated by Mowlana Hazer Imam. Also, the foundation ceremony of the Oncology Services Building will be performed by MHI at 5:00 p.m. Invitations to these events are being extended only to the Name Facility donors of respective buildings and to a certain number of their predetermined guests. There is no banquet that night.
(d) Sunday December 07 2003 at 7:30 pm: Dinner hosted by the Chairman and Members of the AKU Board of Trustees at AKU Sports and Rehabilitation Centre for all eligible overseas and Pakistani donors as well as RDC Conveners and Members and certain other guests.
