SIPA (School of International and Public Affairs) of Columbia University held their Graduation ceremony on Monday, May 15, 2006, 2:00 p.m. The guest speaker was Prince Karim Aga Khan, Imam of the Shia Imami Ismaili Muslims and founder and chairman of the Aga Khan Development Network.
