<I>STATE OF THE ART</I> IMAGING EQUIPMENT FOR THE AGA KHAN HOSPITAL, MOMBASA - 2003-03-21
Coastweek - A new high end single slice spiral CT Scanner and a Mammography Unit will be installed at the Aga Khan Hospital, Mombasa within the next month as part of the ongoing service and quality development programme of the hospital. The installation of state of the art equipment is part of the regional imaging plan for the Aga Khan Health Services in Kenya.
Established in 1944, the Aga Khan Hospital, Mombasa is part of the Aga Khan Health Services (AKHS). The 82-bed facility is part of a network of health facilities in East Africa which include clinics, general hospitals and the Aga Khan University Hospital in Nairobi.
