2008, November 17: Prince Karim Aga Khan, delivered a speech on November 17, 2008 at the Palais des Papes in Avignon, southern France during a forum on the topic 'Culture, a growth factor' to be held until November 18. The Forum brings together 250 key players from the economic, cultural and media sectors, along with public authoritiy representatives of different countries .
