December 9, 1927 - Sir Sultan Mohamed Shah, Aga Khan III gave a statement to the Press in Bombay which was printed in 'The Times', London, December 10, 1927. The statement was issued as Sir Sultan Mohamed Shah, Aga Khan III arrived in Bombay from Europe by mail-boat. Sir Sultan Mohamed Shah, Aga Khan III said, '...I am moved only by love for India. The whole country is divided, and while these divisions last, progress is impossible.' ([1] 803)
