January 15, 1923 - Sir Sultan Mohamed Shah, Aga Khan III gave a speech at the Anjuman-i-Islamia High School in Bombay regarding counsel to the Muslims of India. Source: 'The Times of India', Bombay, 16 January 1923. 'The Civil and Military Gazette', Lahore, carried a shorter report circulated by the Associated Press on 18 January. 'Is it for the best that we should turn out the largest possible number of Muslims with a high literary or scientific education -- the largest possible number of graduates seeking entrance into the narrow paths of the liberal professions of Government service?'
