March 7, 1919 - Sir Sultan Mohamed Shah, Aga Khan III delivered a speech at a banquet hosted in honour of Lord Sinha in London, where he made tribute to E.S. Montagu and Lord Sinha.
'Having been much in Paris of late, I have had opportunities of seeing for myself with what devotion and singleness of purpose the Maharaja of Bikaner and Lord Sinha in association with Mr. Montagu have put the Muslim case. I have been told by many friends that though neither of the Indian Delegates are Muslims, they have fully realized that on these external question, Indian interests are Mahomedan interests alone.'
