NAIROBI STOCK EXCHANGE (NSE) yesterday thanked His Highness the Aga Khan for the decision by the Tourism Promotion services (tps) to forego its 23.3 Per cent pre-emotion rights in respect of government shares in the Serena Lodge and Properties Limited, the owner of the Serena lodges and hotels in Kenya. NSE chair Mr JIMNAH MBARU, in a letter to the Aga Khan, sent through the Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development, said the move was in the interest of Kenyan investors and would play a positive role in facilitating the Government's privatisation and divestiture programme.
