1. Select "Create Content" - "Document" 2. Select publication type "Article" and fill out as much of the info as you have. 3. For "Granularity, select "Full text" since the text is available. 4. In the "file attachments" section at the bottom of the form, select the pdf file on your computer and click upload 5. Submit the new document. One more step to add this article to the reading room: 6. Select "Create Content" - "Article" 7. Fill in the title and the bibliography link, and submit.
