Aga Khan III wrote an article for the Journal 'National Review' - 1907-02

February 1907, when Sir Sultan Mohamed Shah, Aga Khan III was travelling on board ship in the Yellow Sea he wrote an article for the Journal 'National Review' which was at the time edited by I.J.Maxse.
