First Graduation Ceremony referred to as the Convocation, was held at the Aga Khan University in Karachi presided over by Hazar Imam in His role as the Chancellor of the University. 42 graduates received the MBBS degrees. Premier Benazir Bhutto was speaker at the Convocation.
