Hazar Imam met with Dr. Milton Obote of Uganda and held talks on the Government's new Expropriated Properties Bill which provides the legal framework for the return of properties expropriated in 1972. President Obote said; 'The new Uganda has nothing to do with racialism or colour.' (click here)
