See Attached file. Instructions for editing Waezes 1. Log In Once you log in to http://ismaili.net/heritage you will see the following menu in which the two links that interest you should be “All Audio” and “Unpublished Audio” The All Audio link lets you see all published audio content, and you can narrow down the list by genre “Waez” in order to view/edit the items that you have published. The Unpublished Audio links is a list of files that you will need to edit and publish. 2. Listen From the Unpublished link, click on a Waez title, and download the item to listen to a bit of it. 3. Edit Now, click on edit to edit this waez node. Here are the fields that you need to edit: In the Body, start by entering the text: “This file cannot be listened to online. Please use the download link in order to listen to it on your computer. ” and add any other content text that you feel necessary to describe the waez. In the Audio metadata, enter all the info that you have about the waez. If there is a circle at the end of the field, it is a “smart” field where you can just start typing one or 2 letters, and it will display all your options. If the option you want does not exist, keep typing and it will be added to the list for next time. For Categories, enter the info that you have. Make sure Audience is always selected as “Ismaili” For smart fields like “General Subjects”, you may enter multiple subjects by separating them with a comma. For fields like “Language” that already have lists showing, you may select multiple items by holding down the control key. For the Source, unless otherwise specified, I will be adding waezes all from the same source “from Zohra” The last thing to do is to scroll down to “Publishing Options” and select “Published” then press “Submit” and you’re done
