2016, November 11: Amb.Liberat Mfumukeko, Secretary General of the East African Community and Ex-OfficioMember of Parliament met H.H. The Aga Khan who agreed to upgrade Dar hospital to 600 beds and extend AKDN Hospitals & Universities to all countries across the region.
The Secretary General of the EAC was in Brussels for a funding meeting at the EU Commission.
