Prince Rahim was born on September 12th 1971 in Geneva, Switzerland. He graduated from Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts, in 1990, Prince Rahim graduated from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, U.S.A in 1995.

Hazar Imam's horses win 2 races at Arc de Triomphe

Candariliya followed with another impressive come-from-behind win in the 3rd race - the Qatar Prix de Royallieu. Princess Zahra with Princess Sara accepted both the winner's prizes. Christophe Soumillon was the jockey in both races

The first celebrations were held at Brabourne Stadium in Bomabay, India.
The Diamond Jubilee celebrations at Dar-es-Salaam followed in August, 1946. To it thousands of people came from all parts of the world, especially lndia, Europe and the Middle East. Hundreds made the journey by air, thousands by train, by car and by lorry, from all parts of Africa, many enduring much hardship in travelling from such out of the way places as Abyssinia, Belgian Congo, Uganda. Convoys of cars came from South Africa.

Posted June 3rd, 2015 by librarian-hdLisbon, June 3rd 2015 -- Portugal’s Minister of State and Foreign Affairs Rui Machete and His Highness the Aga Khan today signed a landmark Agreement between the Republic of Portugal and the Ismaili Imamat for the establishment of a formal Seat of the Ismaili Imamat in Portugal. The Agreement marks the first such accord in the Imamat’s modern history. It will come into effect once it has been approved by Portugal’s Parliament and ratified by the President of the Portuguese Republic.
