Location of Arusha Jamatkhana

I am visiting Arusha at the beginning of April and I really wanted to attend Jamatkhana while I am there. Could someone please tell me the address of the Khane and how to get there exactly? I will be staying at Karim Orphanage. It is located about 30 minutes away from Shop Right.
