Is the guest house on Rue de Prony is still existing ?

On March 18th, 2013 Nasir Khimani from Toronto (not verified) says:

I visited Paris many years ago that time there was a guest house on the Rue de Prony and I stayed a week over there.
I would like to know it that guest house is still there or closed. I intend to visit Paris again 1st week of November 2013 with my wife.
If it does not exist anymore than can some one suggest to go to a reasonable priced place in Paris. Thanks. YAM
