yam sis, i would suggest tht dont go on any myths or etc, just relax n if u are too much in stress so start listening some wa'az or ginan before u go to bed, it will give u much peace. Discuss ur problem with Mukhi / Mukhyani n take special duashees from them n do mushkil aasan mehmani ... InshaAllah with time u ll b ok dear...
